Sillner Industries (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd was founded in 1996 to provide sales &
service support for our Asian customers. Production of spare parts for the Asian
market was added in 1998.
The transfer of the technology from Germany to Malaysia in the year 2005 was the
final step to design innovative and advanced machinery for the handling of electronic
components on its own.
With Representative offices/agents and customers all over the world, such as Taiwan,
China, The Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Europe (Germany), the United States
and Malaysia, Sillner Industries is strengthening its position as market leader
for integrated backend solutions and is set to provide even better support to its
existing customers.
Today Sillner Industries is known to meet the increasing demand of the semiconductor
industry for high quality, flexibility and high productivity combined with system
reliability, best level in performance for price and low cost of ownership requires
for new design and development in the field of backend as well.
